   INDIVIDUAL RIDER/DRIVER AND HORSE MEMBERSHIP FORMS = DOWNLOAD THE FORM 

· The NEHT membership year extends from January 1 to December 31. 

· It includes a mailing with January mileage totals and awards.  During the year, ride calendar information is available on the website.  If you do not have access to the website, let us know and a paper list will be mailed but it will not have updated information with changes and additions. 

· Annual dues are $15.00 per person, plus $5 for each horse registered with NEHT.

Note:  Checks for dues, if sent in early before the membership year, will not be deposited until after January 1st

If you will be using your horse’s nickname on the ride signup sheet, please supply both the registered name and the nickname here.   Please note that the horse’s name should be entered as you want it to appear on the award plaque.

 

  CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FOR RIDE SPONSORS DOWNLOAD THE FORM

· The NEHT membership year extends from January 1 to December 31. 

· It includes 1 newsletter with January mileage totals and awards.  April and August ride lists will be available on the website and will only be mailed to those members who do not have internet access and request a mailed copy.

· Annual dues for organizations are $10.00. 

· Clubs may list any number of rides with no additional charge

 

  CLUB RIDE REGISTRATION DOWNLOAD 

WHAT IS AN NEHT AFFILIATED RIDE?

· Your ride must be a marked pleasure ride of known mileage.

· Judged or unjudged is up to you

· We do not list led rides, hunter paces, clinics, or shows.  These are all worthy events, but not in our charter.

 

HOW TO LIST A RIDE:

USE THE FORM - Complete & submit the Ride Registration form that follows. 

ONE RIDE PER FORM - If you are one of those nice people who sponsors multiple rides, please use multiple forms.  Remember to use OUR form.  Sorting through websites and newsletters makes it hard to get the information we need to list your ride

NOTE THE DEADLINES - March 15 for the Spring abbreviated paper mailing and July 15 for the Midsummer abbreviated paper mailing.  Note that ride lists will only be mailed out to those who do not have access to the internet. 

EXPECT AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT within a week or so. If you don’t receive one, let us know.

  RIDE MANAGERS REPORT FORM DOWNLOAD 

Ride Managers should download the following form to have available at the ride at the Registration Table.  Riders will fill it out with information on themselves and their horse and their mileage.  Ride management should then return the form to LINDA McCROSSAN, 57 COMMON STREET, GROTON, MA  01450 within 7 days after the ride.  This report form will allow us to tally mileage for each NEHT member and their horse(s)
